Ercan joined Bundy in 2016 having previously worked in B2B and B2C environments as a Sales & Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager in the global white goods and automotive industries.

His multinational experience was gained over many years servicing clients in Europe, Middle East and North Africa. During his career, Ercan worked on R&D projects and was involved in the launch of several new products in the industry.

At Bundy he is responsible for the management of key OEM accounts and places great importance understanding the culture and working practices of all clients within his portfolio.

With an MBA in Engineering Management, Ercan has a keen appreciation of the technical challenges facing the white goods industry and works with Bundy’s engineering teams to produce world-class heat transfer and fluid carrying cooling systems for leading brands

Jeferson joined Bundy in January 2020. This followed a career that spanned over 25 years working for multinational companies, including nVent Hoffman, Sanmina and several other Brazilian companies.

He has held a number of managerial positions in disciplines such as sales, project and program management. These roles gave him a solid grounding in many aspects of business management where he gained valuable experience in product and process engineering, operations, business development, manufacturing and sales.

His background in sales and operational experience, allied to his excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, are all put to good use supporting leading brands in the refrigeration market that place a premium on quality, continuity of supply and delivery.

Marco joined Bundy at the beginning of 2020. He began his career more than 25 years ago and has held various roles within world-class organisations.

He manages a diverse international customer portfolio, including a number of major OEMs in the refrigeration appliance market.

Marco believes teamwork is what makes Bundy Refrigeration special. Consistently delivering customer satisfaction is his number one priority. He works closely with other corporate functions to ensure these quality standards are met; standards clients have come to expect in a highly competitive and demanding marketplace.

After completing his studies at the Technical University of Budapest, Lajos began his career producing parts for the automotive industry.

He has been with Bundy Refrigeration for over 20 years and has extensive production experience, having previously been responsible for both the painting and evaporator production lines. Lajos later managed continuous improvement projects as a Process Engineer.

Since 2004 Lajos has been a member of Bundy’s sales team in Hungary. His experience has been invaluable in forming strong relationships with OEM clients, where his understanding of technical issues, quality and commercial negotiation are seen as key assets.

Silvia joined Bundy Refrigeration 20 years ago after she graduated in foreign languages from Genoa University.

Having served an initial period in the purchasing department, Silvia joined the sales team, where she held various positions from back office support to account management. With an excellent knowledge of Bundy products and customers, and superior language skills, she has become a key member of the team serving international clients.

Silvia is an excellent team player and is highly focused on customer satisfaction.
