Alexandre joined Bundy in 2026. He brings over 30 years of experience in national and multinational corporations, including Electrolux, Mabe, Johnson Electric, WHB Automotive e TTI Brasil. He holds a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from USP (University of São Paulo), an MBA in Business Administration and Business Analytics, as well as specialized training in Marketing Management and Digital Media.

He has held strategic leadership roles, including Sales Director and Commercial Manager, building solid expertise in business development, new business acquisition, and the management of large client portfolios.

His background in sales and operations, combined with international professional experience, enables him to integrate engineering and commercial strategy seamlessly. His expertise spans product development, quality management, market strategy formulation, and long-term business planning.

Ercan joined Bundy in 2016 having previously worked in B2B and B2C environments as a Sales & Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager in the global white goods and automotive industries.

His multinational experience was gained over many years servicing clients in Europe, Middle East and North Africa. During his career, Ercan worked on R&D projects and was involved in the launch of several new products in the industry.

At Bundy he is responsible for the management of key OEM accounts and places great importance understanding the culture and working practices of all clients within his portfolio.

With an MBA in Engineering Management, Ercan has a keen appreciation of the technical challenges facing the white goods industry and works with Bundy’s engineering teams to produce world-class heat transfer and fluid carrying cooling systems for leading brands

Marco joined Bundy at the beginning of 2020. He began his career more than 25 years ago and has held various roles within world-class organisations.

He manages a diverse international customer portfolio, including a number of major OEMs in the refrigeration appliance market.

Marco believes teamwork is what makes Bundy Refrigeration special. Consistently delivering customer satisfaction is his number one priority. He works closely with other corporate functions to ensure these quality standards are met; standards clients have come to expect in a highly competitive and demanding marketplace.

Silvia joined Bundy Refrigeration 20 years ago after she graduated in foreign languages from Genoa University.

Having served an initial period in the purchasing department, Silvia joined the sales team, where she held various positions from back office support to account management. With an excellent knowledge of Bundy products and customers, and superior language skills, she has become a key member of the team serving international clients.

Silvia is an excellent team player and is highly focused on customer satisfaction.
