Our extensive product portfolio includes refrigerator door warmer assemblies, skin condensers for chest freezers, single and two-door refrigerators, and Wire-On-Tube (WOT) refrigeration condensers. From our state-of-the art facility in the city of Manisa, in Turkey’s Aegean region, we operate a refrigeration tube line that produces 80 per cent of the country’s zinc coated steel refrigeration tube. Our modern facility comprises 11,800 sqm of production and office space. Bundy Turkey supports a mix of blue-chip customers and acts as a supplier to other Bundy units within the group.

Journey of a filter dryer
Bundy Refrigeration manufactures precision engineered dryer filters to protect refrigeration systems from contaminants and moisture.
Copper tube is placed on a high-speed lathe to shape and size the ends to customer and industry-standard dimensions.
The tube is then scored to facilitate shaping and cutting. Fine mesh metal screens are then integrated to capture particles as small as 15-25 microns. Open ends of the tube are soldered and sealed with custom inlet/outlet extensions.
The Bundy seal of approval is stamped on each filter dryer before going through a series of quality tests that includes pressure testing and checking moisture content.
Bundy’s dedicated filter dryer machine is capable of tailoring dimensions – body diameter, wall thickness and features like extended capillary tubes for commercial refrigerators.
Units are labelled, packed with protective caps, and shipped after rigorous performance validation.
Aluminium Tube Line
Our aluminium tube production line in Brazil manufactures aluminium tube used in refrigeration systems for heat transfer applications like condensers and evaporators.
Utilising a single revolving wheel to drive a continuous rotary extrusion (CRE) process, the production line is capable of manufacturing aluminium tube of unlimited length and external diameter of up to 30mm.
An aluminium rod (12.0mm in diameter) is fed into the machine through a single groove on the periphery of the wheel and is then transferred to the extrusion zone and die, where it is shaped into the desired tube diameter and wall thickness.
The machine can produce both round and multi-port tubes in various sizes to meet customer specifications.
Its patented induction heated tooling system enables continuous extrusion capable of wall thicknesses as low as 0.35mm.
Along the production route, tubes are inspected for defects and dimensional accuracy before being packaged for shipping to customers.
Bundy’s aluminium tube line offers a capacity of 1800 tons per year.

Sustainable Operations
Bundy Turkey is committed to reducing its energy footprint having invested in the installation of solar panels at our Manisa facility. The investment meets about a third of our annual energy consumption, between 4.2 to 4.5 million kWh. This represents a significant step towards our long-term sustainability strategies and continued investment in equipment and product innovation.

Inan Onelge
Vice President Turkey
As a qualified engineer, Inan began his career as a Quality Engineer before being promoted to business unit manager. Having worked with various multinational firms as a plant manager, Inan took on responsibility for Bundy operations in Turkey in 2017, and in 2018 he was appointed general manager of Bundy Refrigeration Turkey and Hungary, and is now Vice President Turkey.
With an extensive career in refrigeration, Inan has experience in manufacturing systems, engineering and quality systems. He is an expert on welding and assembly processes and has played a key role in several lean transformations.
His leadership style is focused on excellence, coaching and directive mentoring and Inan’s experience and personal qualities have enabled him to manage various company transformations, whilst creating a collaboratıve environment.
Sertuğ Özgür
Group Chief Financial Officer
As a determined finance professional, Sertuğ is experienced in a variety of industries with multinational companies, ranging from the oils and fats industry to household appliances.
He has directed a range of functional and operational finance management tasks, including strategic business planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial statement analysis, costing, cash flow management, capex management, audit and tax.
Throughout his career, Sertuğ’s main objective has been improving business performance and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. He is adept at identifying challenges and proposing solutions to management teams and business owners.
Sertuğ’s strength stems from his hard work, confidence, analytical thinking, technical knowledge, self-motivation and resistance in the face of complex environments.
Ercan Uslu
Bundy Refrigeration Group – Turkey
Ercan joined Bundy in 2016 having previously worked in B2B and B2C environments as a Sales & Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager in the global white goods and automotive industries.
His multinational experience was gained over many years servicing clients in Europe, Middle East and North Africa. During his career, Ercan worked on R&D projects and was involved in the launch of several new products in the industry.
At Bundy he is responsible for the management of key OEM accounts and places great importance understanding the culture and working practices of all clients within his portfolio.
With an MBA in Engineering Management, Ercan has a keen appreciation of the technical challenges facing the white goods industry and works with Bundy’s engineering teams to produce world-class heat transfer and fluid carrying cooling systems for leading brands
